Sixth Lecture at the MPAcc Center -- New Rules of the Workplace in the New Economic Era

On December 7, 2017, BTBU Business School’s MPAcc Center held the sixth lecture of the MPAcc academic series this semester. The keynote speaker was Mr. Fu Xiaoming, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Shougang Construction Investment Co., LTD., and an alumnus of BTBU. The lecture’s theme was "New Rules of the Workplace in the New Economic Era". This was hosted by Ms. Liu Ting, Executive Director of MPAcc Center.

Mr. Fu put forward three characteristics of the new economic era: subverting the original business model, solving the pressing points of human beings, and running into communism. In the era of a new economy, the Internet and the Internet of Things have a profound impact on modern production and lifestyle, effectively alleviating the problem of information asymmetry in today's society, hence improving social and life efficiency. Moreover, the concept of Smart Earth appeared for the first time, which greatly improved public service efficiency and simplified people's lives.
